Build me a desktop app for Windows, and if possible make it work on Linux too, that acts like a floating audio metering suite for live monitoring. I want it to stay always on top, use very little screen space, and let me add, remove, and rearrange meter panels while the app is running. It should have a clean modern look with built in themes, including transparent ghost style options, plus edge snapping and a docked mode for Windows.
The main thing is real time audio visual tools that feel smooth and responsive. Please include loudness metering with LUFS and true peak, a spectrum analyzer, stereo phase or vectorscope view, spectrogram, waveform history, VU meter, and an oscilloscope. I also want simple controls for choosing the input device, adjusting gain, changing layout between vertical and horizontal, and opening settings for each module with a right click.
If available, use native acceleration for the heavy DSP parts but make sure it still runs without it. Please make it easy to run from source and easy to build into a standalone app. Look up current docs online if you need to.
