Build me a simple people search OSINT directory site based on this repo. I want it to feel like a clean public resource page that helps someone quickly find free or partly free tools for finding people, with a strong UK focus but still including the US and other sources that are already listed.

Please turn the current list into an easy to browse page with each resource shown as a card or row with its name, link, short description, and a clear note if it is UK focused, US focused, phone book, email search, social media search, genealogy, obituary research, or a general data broker. Add a basic search box and simple filters so people can narrow the list fast.

Also include a short intro explaining that many free UK people search sites are limited because of privacy laws, and add a privacy section that links to the separate opt out repo for removing personal data from these services. Keep it lightweight, readable, and easy to maintain. Look up current docs online if you need to.
