The-PR-Agent/pr-agent ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source AI powered pull request reviewer called PR Agent.

I want it to automatically look at a pull request, then leave a useful review with a short summary, issues it found, and suggestions for improvement. It should also support a few commands like review, describe, improve, and ask, so someone can run it in GitHub Actions or from the command line on a local repo. Make it work with GitHub first, and keep it flexible enough that it could be used with other git platforms too.

Please make it configurable so teams can tweak the behavior and review style, and use whichever AI provider is available through a simple API key setup. Keep it practical for real development teams, fast to run, and able to handle both small and larger pull requests. If you need current docs or API details, look them up online.
