Build me a Telegram bot that lets people paste an article link and get the paywall removed automatically. It should work in a private chat, and also in inline mode so someone can type something like @hidewallbot plus a URL in any chat and get the cleaned up link or result back right there.

Use the same idea as Hide Paywall Bot, pulling from 12ft and 1ft when needed, and make it feel simple and fast for normal users. If one service does not work, try the other, and give a clear message when a link cannot be handled. I want the project set up in TypeScript, ready to run locally and easy to deploy with Docker. Please include the bot logic, basic config through environment variables, and a clean README with setup and usage instructions. If you need to check current Telegram or service docs, look them up online.
