Build me a simple set of HTML and CSS practice exercises for learning, organized into beginner, intermediate, and advanced sections.

I want each exercise to be a small static page that someone can open in a browser and edit by changing the HTML and CSS until it matches the target look. Keep it clean and easy to follow, with clear instructions in each exercise folder and a self check section that tells the learner what to aim for. The pages should be simple enough for practice, but varied enough to cover common layout and styling tasks like spacing, alignment, typography, colors, and basic page structure.
