Build me a command line app that helps me get things done with AI right from the terminal.

I want to type a natural language request and get back a useful answer, like shell commands, code snippets, or a short explanation. It should work with normal terminal input and also let me pipe text into it, so I can send logs, diffs, or files and ask it to summarize them or find errors. I also want a mode for generating just the command or just the code, so I can copy it or run it directly.

Please make it support a chat style session too, so I can keep asking follow up questions and it remembers the conversation. If possible, add a shell helper that can suggest commands inline in Bash or Zsh, and an option to execute a suggested command after I review it. OpenAI should work by default, but if you can support local models like Ollama as well, that would be great. If you need to check current docs online, go ahead.
