Build me a small Windows desktop app in Python with a simple tkinter interface for an educational recoil training simulator, not something that bypasses or injects into any game.

I want primary and secondary weapon profiles, each with vertical speed, horizontal speed, and RPM settings. Let me load presets from text files, edit custom values live, and save the config. Add Start and Stop buttons for each weapon slot, CapsLock as the main on and off toggle, and keys 1 and 2 to switch between primary and secondary.

Include a config window with always on top, dark mode, chat detection style toggles, editable F1 to F5 chat messages, and a variation setting for more natural simulated movement. Also include random attacker or defender operator selection using simple text files.

Please make it easy to run from source, keep the UI clean, include the icon and images if available, and make the settings persist between launches.
