Thysrael/Horizon — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a personal AI news radar like Horizon.

I want it to pull news and updates from sources I choose, like RSS feeds, Hacker News, Reddit, Telegram, GitHub, Twitter or X, and financial news lists. It should remove duplicates, score each story with an AI model, keep only the useful ones, then create a clean daily briefing with short summaries, background context, tags, links, and community discussion when available.

The briefing should work in English and Chinese, and I’d like it to be published as a simple daily website. Also add options to send it by email and push notifications to tools like Feishu, Lark, DingTalk, Slack, Discord, or a custom webhook.

Please include a simple setup flow where I can enter my interests, sources, language, model, score threshold, and delivery choices, then save everything in one config file. Make it self hosted, easy to run locally or with Docker, and include clear setup docs. Look up current docs online if you need to.
