Build me a simple Flask web app that scans a local network for vulnerable devices and shows the results in a clean dashboard.

I want it to automatically detect the local subnet, find active devices, and let me pick a device or enter an IP manually. Then I should be able to run a quick scan, a full scan, or a vulnerability focused scan, and see open ports, basic OS and device guesses, and a clear risk level for each result. Please also add a summary view with counts for hosts, open services, and risky findings, plus a detailed results table.

It would be great if I can download the scan output as a CSV file and a nicely formatted PDF report. Keep the UI simple and professional, and use the current docs online if you need to check anything about the scanning setup. This is just for authorized testing on networks I have permission to scan.
