Toessi/Taskobserver ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a task observer skill that watches how I work in an AI chat and helps my skill library get better over time.

I want it to notice when I correct the assistant, change direction, repeat the same kind of request, or do something manually that should probably become a reusable skill. It should write a structured observation log with what it noticed, which skills are affected, and clear suggestions for improvement. If it spots patterns that apply across multiple skills, it should capture those as shared principles too.

It also needs to observe its own blind spots, so the process can improve itself as I use it. Don’t change my skills automatically, just collect recommendations and let me review them.

Please make it work in a way that can fit Claude style skill setups, with a full mode for environments that can write to files and a fallback handoff document mode for places that cannot. If you need to check current docs or platform details online, go ahead.
