Trinity-Mods/File-Store-Bot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Telegram file store bot that lets me send files to it and then gives out a private share link for each file or batch. When someone opens the link, the bot should be able to make them join up to four channels or groups first, or unlock the file through referrals, or do both in order, with an option to turn access off completely. I want an owner settings panel inside Telegram so I can change the mode, referral goal, unlock time, and channel setup without editing code. It should also support a start image, custom captions, anti forward protection, auto delete for delivered files, and a button to get the file again later. Make sure admins and premium users can skip the right steps, and keep everything saved in a database so links, users, and settings survive restarts. If you need to check current Telegram library docs, go ahead and look them up online.
