Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Rust command line tool that can figure out what kind of Minecraft Bedrock server it is talking to just by probing the network behavior.

I want to point it at an IP or domain, with an optional port, and get a readable result like the server address, version info, RakNet details, and the most likely core software, along with a confidence score and a short explanation of why it thinks that. It should recognize things like PocketMine MP, multiversion PocketMine forks, PowerNukkitX, Dragonfly, Vanilla BDS, and otherwise fall back to broader families when it cannot honestly name the exact project. If there is not enough signal, it should say that instead of guessing.

Please include a normal CLI flow, a ping only mode, a JSON output mode for scripts, and a deeper identification mode that probes a little further when asked. Keep it cross platform and easy to build with Cargo. If you need to check current Rust or Bedrock protocol details online, go ahead and look them up.
