Build me a Playwright test automation framework for the SauceDemo site that follows the page object pattern and is easy to extend.

I want the tests organized so login, shopping cart, checkout, and product sorting are separated cleanly, with reusable page objects and shared helpers instead of repeating the same steps everywhere. Please include a simple way to keep test data in one place, plus fixtures that make the page objects easy to use inside tests. Make sure it can run in headless mode by default, but also works in UI mode and debug mode, and reads the base URL and other settings from environment variables.
