Build me a full stack dental clinic appointment system called DAS.

I want patients to browse clinic info, services and dentist profiles, register, log in, book appointments by service, dentist and available time slot, see their appointment and treatment history, cancel or reschedule before 24 hours, pay invoices, leave reviews and get notifications.

Add role based dashboards for receptionist, dentist, nurse and admin. Receptionists should manage the daily appointment board, confirm, reject, waitlist, check in, handle no shows, book for walk in patients, record payments and view room status. Dentists should see schedules and assigned patients, then record diagnosis, treatment results, plans and prescriptions. Nurses should record vital signs, support notes and update room status. Admins should manage accounts, services, staff profiles, rooms, clinic hours, dashboards, revenue reports and patient stats.

Use React for the frontend, Express for the API, MongoDB for data, and JWT login with roles. Include seed demo data and make it runnable locally with MongoDB, plus ready to deploy on Vercel.
