Build me a Python practice collection that’s organized into a few clear folders for basics, algorithms, data structures, simple exercises, and a couple of small GUI apps.

I want each script to be a standalone example that I can run from the command line, with simple comments so it’s easy to learn from. Include things like number conversions, calculators, pattern printing, string and array problems, palindrome and anagram checks, linked list examples, and a few common coding interview style problems. Also add a couple of small Tkinter timer apps so I can see a basic GUI example.

Please keep it beginner friendly and make the structure easy to browse, with a short README that explains what’s in each folder and how to run the files. If you need to look up current docs online for anything, go ahead. Also include a sample text file for the file processing examples and a notebook if that fits naturally.
