Build me a cross platform Discord chat exporter that can save message history from a channel to a file. I want both a simple desktop app and a command line version, so I can use whichever is easier. It should work with direct messages, group chats, and server channels, and let me sign in with either a user token or a bot token.

The export should support readable formats like HTML, text, CSV, and JSON, and keep things like markdown, attachments, embeds, emoji, and other rich content looking good. I also want options for choosing a date range, filtering messages, and splitting large exports into parts. The result should be something I can open offline later without needing Discord.
