UKHO/UKHO.Search ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me the UKHO Search service so I can run the whole thing locally and try it end to end.

I want a search platform with a clear ingestion flow, where data from upstream sources gets turned into a common search document and then indexed into Elasticsearch. It should be easy to run on my machine with the supporting pieces coming up together, like the search backend, identity, storage, and any local emulators or tooling the project needs.

Please make sure the app is organized cleanly, with separate parts for ingestion, querying, and developer tooling, and that there is a simple way to start the full local setup and see what is happening. If there are docs or setup steps I need, include them in a way that makes the repository easy to understand. If you need to check current Aspire or Elasticsearch docs online, go ahead and do that.
