Build me an Angular web app for the UKHO File Share Service, where external users can come to find and download files from one simple place.

I want it to feel clean and easy to use, with a clear landing page, a list of available files, and a straightforward way to open or download each file. Please make the experience friendly and accessible, since people from outside the organisation will be using it.
