UPchieve/web ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me the frontend for UPchieve, a web app for online real time tutoring.

I want a polished Vue single page app that connects to an existing backend API and updates live as students and tutors interact. It should feel modern, fast, and easy to use on desktop and mobile. Include the main user flows for signing in, seeing a dashboard, starting or joining a tutoring session, and chatting in real time. Make sure the UI handles loading states, empty states, errors, and version reload prompts cleanly.

Please set it up so the app is easy to develop locally, with hot reloading, good linting, tests, and a small component library I can preview in Storybook. Use the current project docs if you need to check anything, and look up current docs online if that helps. Focus on a clean, maintainable frontend that is ready to plug into the separate backend service.
