UiPath/ReFrameWork ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a UiPath automation project based on the ReFrameWork template that can handle a simple business process end to end. I want it to read settings from a config file, pull credentials from Orchestrator assets or Credential Manager, get work items from an Orchestrator queue, and update each item as success, failed, or rejected. If there is an application error, it should take a screenshot, recover, and retry the process a few times before giving up.

Please keep the standard ReFrameWork flow with initialize, get transaction data, process transaction, and close application steps. Use the sample notepad and Excel data if that helps, but make the project easy to swap for a real app later. Also include a basic email utility workflow and make sure the project runs cleanly from the main entry file with the framework folder wired up correctly.
