Build me a polished Windows automation suite in AutoHotkey v2 that works like a central control panel for all my scripts.

I want one main dashboard that can scan a folder full of AHK files, show them in a searchable list, let me run, stop, restart, edit, and favorite scripts, and also keep track of which ones are already running. It should remember my settings, keep a simple activity log, and let me add new scripts or folders easily.
