Build me a simple Kali Linux command line package that brings Parrot style AnonSurf and Pandora features over to Kali.

I want an installer script that sets everything up, and I want it to be possible to compile it into a deb package for a Kali rolling amd64 system. After install, I should be able to run anonsurf directly from the terminal to start, stop, restart, check status, or change my Tor identity. When it starts, it should route the whole system through Tor using iptables, and when it stops, it should restore normal networking cleanly. It should also include start and stop commands for i2p.

Please include the Pandora part too, so it can wipe system cache and RAM on shutdown, and also let me trigger it manually with pandora bomb. Use Private Internet Access DNS instead of FrozenDNS, and make it work even if resolvconf is not installed. Keep it terminal only, no GUI needed.
