Build me a project called Ponytail, a reusable add on for coding agents that makes them act like a very lazy but smart senior dev. The whole point is to stop agents from overbuilding stuff and push them to use what already exists first, like the standard library, native browser or platform features, installed dependencies, or even a one line solution, and only write custom code when they really have to.
I want it to work across the main agent tools people use, especially Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or Antigravity, OpenCode, Copilot CLI, and also include simple rule files people can copy into Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Kiro, and similar setups. Add easy mode switching with lite, full, ultra, and off, plus commands to review a diff for bloat, audit a repo, and collect deferred shortcuts into a debt list.
Every shortcut should be clearly marked with a ponytail comment that hints at the upgrade path later. Include examples, docs, and a benchmark setup that shows it helps agents write much less code, faster and cheaper. Look up current agent plugin docs online if you need to.
