Build me an Android app called Green Gaushala that helps people report stray cows and helps gaushalas manage rescue work and byproducts.

I want a simple login and role based experience for three types of users, public users, gaushala staff, and biogas plant owners. Public users should be able to take or upload a photo of a stray cow, add location and a short description, and submit the report. Gaushala staff should see nearby reports, open each one, update the status like rescued or unreachable, and manage shelter inventory and available cow dung and urine. Biogas buyers should be able to browse gaushalas, see available stock, and place an order.

Make the UI clean and easy to use, with the main screens matching those kinds of flows. Connect everything so the app can talk to a backend API, and use current docs online if you need to. If any backend pieces are missing, use sensible mock data or placeholders so the app still runs and feels complete.
