Uniswap/default-token-list ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small JavaScript package that publishes the default token list used by the Uniswap interface.

I want the repo to contain the token list data, the code to export it cleanly as an npm package, and tests that make sure the list stays valid and consistent. The package should be easy to import in another app and should include the normal metadata a token list needs, like name, version, logo info, and token entries. If there are scripts for checking or updating the list, wire those up too.

Please make it so the project can be installed, tested, and released without extra manual steps, and keep the structure simple enough that someone can add or review tokens later. If you need current token list standards or Uniswap docs, look them up online first.
