Unknowndestroy/TokBot — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple static website for TokBot that I can publish on GitHub Pages.

I want it to look clean and modern, with the TokBot logo and any images already in the project used where they make sense. The site should explain what TokBot is in plain language, then have clear sections for the data files that already exist. If scammers.json has entries, show them in a searchable or easy to browse list. If templates.json has message templates or preset text, show those in a neat section where people can read and copy them.

Please keep it lightweight, mobile friendly, and easy for me to update later by editing the JSON files. Add a simple home page layout, basic styling, and make sure it works when opened locally and when hosted from GitHub Pages. If anything is unclear in the files, make a sensible simple version instead of overcomplicating it.
