Build me a fun browser game called PuzzleCam that works with just a webcam and hand gestures, no app install and no backend. I want people to open it in the browser, allow camera access, raise both hands to start tracking, use both index fingers as a photo frame, then pinch with both hands to trigger a 3 second countdown and take a black and white photo.
After the photo, turn it into a simple 3 by 3 puzzle that you can solve by pinching and dragging pieces with one hand. When pieces get close to the right spot they should snap in. Once the puzzle is finished, making a closed fist should save it, do a satisfying shatter effect, and turn it into a color polaroid with the date and photo number on it. After 3 completed puzzles, show the full photo strip and let me download it.
Please add little sounds, a camera flash, and optional video recording of each solve. Keep it all in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Look up current hand tracking docs online if you need to.
