Build me a security threat intelligence dashboard called Alibi that pulls together real public data and shows it in a clean, modern web app.

I want a homepage with a live 3D globe and sections for breaches, active attacks, exploited flaws, and a search tool for IPs, domains, CVEs, and companies. The globe should highlight hotspots and let me browse the data in a simple way, with a mobile friendly fallback too. Also add an account takeover checker where I can paste in a login event and get a plain English risk result like low, medium, high, or critical, plus a short reason why.

Please make it use live public feeds, keep a snapshot of the data, and expose an API with docs.
