Build me a full anime streaming site called Animei TV that feels like a real OTT app.

I want a clean landing page, a browse experience for shows, and pages for episodes, characters, reviews, search, watchlist, profile, and a video player. It should let a user sign in with the test account, explore anime content, open a show page, pick an episode, and watch it in the player. The app should also handle a simple ad blocked state the way the screenshots show.

Please make it work as a full stack app with a frontend and backend, and set it up so I can run it locally with Docker and the provided start scripts. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online if you need to, but keep the result close to the demo in the README. I mainly want something that looks polished, actually runs, and matches the screenshots and flow of a working anime OTT platform.
