Build me an MCP server for Vugola so an agent like Claude can clip videos, check credits, schedule posts, and manage the posting calendar from inside the chat.

It should let me start a clip job from a video URL, check whether it is finished, download the completed clip, add captions to a short video, and see my usage and remaining credits. It should also support scheduling posts to the main social platforms, listing scheduled posts, and canceling a post before it goes live. Please make the setup easy for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and manual MCP configs, and include a simple install flow that asks for my Vugola API key or lets me pass it in directly.
