Build me a web app for file conversion. The key feature is that it should be completely private, doing all the work locally in the browser using WebAssembly instead of uploading files to a server.

It should have a very clean, modern, and user-friendly interface, probably built with Svelte and Tailwind. Users should be able to just drag and drop a file—or select one—and then choose from a long list of output formats to convert it to. It needs to handle all sorts of file types: images, audio, documents, and videos. Let's aim to support a really wide range of formats, like over 250 if possible. The main goal is a fast, free, and private conversion experience that doesn't depend on a backend server.
