I need a utility for Windows that can bypass internet censorship from my ISP. My provider uses Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) to block certain websites, and I want a tool that can get around it. It should be able to handle both passive and active DPI systems.

This should be a command-line program, probably written in C for performance. It needs to have a lot of different techniques to trick the DPI, like packet fragmentation, messing with HTTP headers, and maybe even sending fake requests to confuse the system.

For regular users, please create a couple of simple .cmd scripts that run the tool with good default settings. The program itself should have many advanced command-line options so power users can customize it, like pointing it to a blacklist file of blocked sites or redirecting DNS requests to a clean server. The tool will need administrator privileges to run.
