Build me a browser based Markdown editor that feels polished and easy to use for both beginners and people who already know Markdown.

It should have three editing modes, a rich text style mode, a Typora like live rendering mode, and a split screen preview mode. I want a full toolbar for common writing actions like headings, lists, links, tables, code, quotes, and checkboxes, plus support for undo and redo, shortcuts, and a live word or character count. Please also include Markdown preview rendering with support for things like math, diagrams, code highlighting, task lists, tables, and basic media embeds.

Make it work nicely in a normal web app, with a clean demo page, light and dark themes, and support for a few languages. If you need to look up current docs or examples online while building it, go ahead.
