Build me a clean, browsable repo that collects and compares different ways to do a write ahead log on S3.

I want a simple landing page or docs style front page that explains the goal in plain English, shows the main categories, and lets me jump into each design easily. Each design should have a short summary, where it came from, and a link to its TLA+ spec. Please also add a clear comparison section so it is easy to see which ones are single writer, which ones are multi writer, and which ones are not really WALs but still related.
