Velantis-Wind/VelantisWind ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source QGIS plugin called VelantisWind for early stage wind farm pre assessment. I want it to work inside QGIS so someone can load turbine layouts, wind resource inputs, raster and vector layers, then run practical checks for annual energy production, wake related layout performance, noise, and shadow flicker in one place.

Please make it feel useful for real project screening and technical review, not just a demo. It should produce clear results people can inspect and export, and it should fit normal GIS workflows in QGIS 3.x, with QGIS 4.0 support if possible. The energy module should use PyWake for the wake aware AEP calculations, and the install flow should make it clear that PyWake has to be installed in the same QGIS Python environment, especially on Windows with OSGeo4W.

Also include a simple plugin UI, basic validation, and enough documentation so someone can install from a ZIP and understand how to use each module. You can look up current QGIS and PyWake docs if needed.
