Vendicated/Vencord ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a powerful client modification for Discord. The idea is to make it super easy to install but packed with features right out of the box. It should come with a huge library of over a hundred built-in plugins so users don't have to hunt them down.

A major feature should be customization. I want users to be able to apply custom CSS and themes to change how Discord looks, and it's important that it can also import existing themes made for BetterDiscord. Let's design it to be privacy-friendly, so it should block all of Discord's built-in analytics and telemetry by default. It needs to work across all Discord versions (Stable, Canary, PTB) and also run in the browser as an extension. Finally, please add a feature that lets users sync their plugin configurations and settings across different devices.
