Build me an Acode plugin called OpenCode AI that lets me run the OpenCode coding agent right inside the editor.

I want it to check whether OpenCode is already installed, install it automatically if it is missing, then start it in the background on my device and show the OpenCode web interface inside Acode in a full page embedded view. It should work locally over loopback, not depend on another machine, and it should feel seamless from the user side, like open the plugin and it handles the rest.
