Build me a campus only ride sharing web app for IIT Dharwad students that makes it easy to find people going the same way and split cab costs.

I want students to sign in with their college Google account, go through a simple onboarding flow, then either post a trip or request to join someone else’s trip. A trip should include the vehicle type, time, pickup point, and how many seats are available. The host should be able to accept or decline requests, and phone numbers should only be shared after someone is accepted so it stays low awkwardness and privacy friendly.

It should feel like a modern app, work well on mobile, and be installable like a PWA. Please add push notifications so people know when a request is sent or accepted, and make the whole thing fit a public launch style campus product. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
