Build me a founder friendly real estate CRM SaaS like this repo describes. I want one clean workspace for a brokerage where they can see leads, properties, tasks, WhatsApp activity, voice calls, and an AI chat that helps them follow up with buyers.

The main flow should feel simple. A user lands on a minimal marketing page, goes through a 6 step onboarding for brokerage details, lead sources, WhatsApp, voice, AI, and approvals, then reaches a dashboard. The dashboard should have a chat first experience where the user can ask things like “show me hot leads”, “match this buyer with properties”, “draft a WhatsApp follow up”, or “start a call”, and the app should show proposed actions before sending WhatsApp messages or placing calls.

Use Twenty as the CRM source of truth, connect WhatsApp through Meta helpers, connect Dograh for voice, and use OpenRouter for AI when keys are present. If keys are missing, make a sensible mock mode so the app still works for demo. Look up current docs online if needed.
