Build me a group expense sharing app called SplitEven.

I want people to be able to create a trip or group, add members, then enter expenses showing who paid and how the cost should be split, like equally, exact amounts, percentages, or shares. It should also let me record a settlement, edit or delete expenses, and have the balances update correctly every time.
