Build me a TypeScript tool called Antigravity Kit that helps people drop a complete AI agent setup into any project with one command. I want a simple CLI where someone can run init to copy a .agent folder into their app, update to refresh it, and status to check what is installed.

The kit should include templates for specialist agents, skills, and workflows so a coding assistant can automatically act like a frontend expert, backend expert, security reviewer, debugger, QA person, product manager, and similar roles. Users should be able to just describe what they need, like fixing dark mode or adding login, and the kit should guide the AI to pick the right expertise.
