Build me the AssetFlow app as a full stack asset and resource management system for a company.

I want a clean dashboard where employees can log in, see asset counts, active bookings, maintenance items, and overdue returns. Admins should be able to manage departments, asset categories, and the employee directory, and only admins or managers should be able to approve sensitive actions. Add asset registration with unique asset tags, serial numbers, costs, locations, condition, and file uploads for photos or documents.
