Vlasik2010/TgBot_vpn — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Telegram bot for selling VPN subscriptions, aimed mainly at Russian speaking users. I want it to feel ready to launch, with a clean user flow where people can start the bot, see plans for 1, 3, 6, and 12 months, pay in rubles, and then automatically receive their VPN access, ideally as a WireGuard config and a QR code.

It should also have a simple personal account inside the bot where users can check their subscription, renewal status, and purchase history. Please include referral rewards, support contact, and clear Russian text throughout the interface.

For me as the owner, I want an admin area with user management, payment tracking, VPN key management, basic revenue stats, broadcast messages, and logs.
