Build me an open source diagramming app for software and system diagrams that works local first and does not need an account. I want a clean visual canvas where I can start from a template, paste Mermaid, type a simple diagram as code, import structured data, or just describe a system in plain English and have AI turn it into a diagram. It should automatically recognize common technologies like Postgres, Redis, AWS, Azure, GCP, and CNCF tools and place the right branded icons on the canvas. I also want to tweak everything visually, pin important nodes while auto layout rearranges the rest, and keep the code view and canvas in sync both ways. Please add export options for nice editable visuals and cinematic MP4 walkthroughs. If possible, support both online AI providers and a fully local option like Ollama, plus a small MCP server so tools like Cursor or Claude can control it. Check current docs online if you need to.
