Build me a small Rust app for sharing files on a local network really fast.

I want it to work like a simple send and receive tool, where I can start it on one computer, open a web page from another device on the same network, and upload or download files without any complicated setup. It should show a QR code so people can just scan it and get to the right page quickly, and the web page should be easy to use for non technical people. Please include progress feedback while files are transferring, and make it handle large files reliably.

I’d like it to work on Windows and Linux, and be easy to build from source with Cargo. If you need to look up current Rust docs or library options online while building it, that’s fine. Keep the app simple, fast, and practical, with a clean interface and clear instructions for running it.
