Build me a simple app for sharing files and text instantly with another device on the same Wi Fi network.

I want it to work on Windows, Linux, and Android, and I want it to feel dead simple, no account, no sign in, no internet needed, and no setup beyond opening the app. On the sender side, let me pick files or type some text, then start a share session. The app should show a QR code and also a link or code I can copy. On the receiving side, I should be able to scan the QR code or open the link and get the file or text right away in the browser or app.
