Build me a WordPress plugin that fixes the common problem of site emails not being delivered. I want it to let me connect WordPress mail to popular email services like Amazon SES, Gmail and Google Workspace with OAuth, Outlook, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo, Postmark, SparkPost, Elastic Mail, Zoho options, and also any normal SMTP provider.

The plugin should have a clean fast admin screen where I can add multiple mail connections, choose how emails get routed, and set a fallback connection if the main one fails.
