Build me a WordPress membership plugin that lets a site owner create free or paid subscription plans, take member payments through PayPal, and control who can see protected content.

I want normal WordPress admins to be able to manage members, see their subscription status, view payment history, and edit the emails and messages users get when they register, pay, upgrade, or need help.
