Build me a Discord bot in Node.js that’s easy to set up and configure from a settings file.

I want it to be a server management bot with a simple prefix, a help command, invite handling, server list lookup, and a few admin style tools like logging actions to a channel, showing the bot credit, and letting me block certain server IDs from using commands. It should support both English and French text for the main commands and replies, since the project is bilingual.

Make the setup straightforward, with clear instructions for putting in the bot token, prefix, server name, channel name, image link, limits, and log channel ID. If you need to check current Discord.js docs, do that. Also make the start up process simple so I can install dependencies and run it quickly on Windows or with Node directly.
