Wan-Video/Wan2.1 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple app for Wan2.1 that lets me generate videos from a text prompt or an input image, with a clean web UI I can run locally. I want to paste in a description, choose things like video length and quality, then see the generated video and be able to download it. If the project already supports image to video or other modes, include those too in the same interface so it feels easy for a normal person to use.

Please make the setup straightforward, add clear install and run steps, and wire it so it works with the included model code and examples. If you need to look up current docs online for any missing details, do that. Also, make sure it is reasonably friendly for a consumer GPU, since I’d like to test it on my own machine without anything too complicated.
